Comprehensive Evaluation

One-on-one, individualized 60-minute physical therapy sessions tailored to help you achieve your goals. Each plan begins with a comprehensive evaluation, including a movement assessment that covers posture, mobility, strength, and movement mechanics. Together, we’ll create a clear, personalized plan to guide your recovery and help you return to the activities you love.
Physical Therapy and Performance Session

A comprehensive 60-minute evaluation that includes a detailed discussion of your current injury and/or performance goals, followed by an assessment of posture, mobility, strength, and functional movement patterns. Using the information gathered from these objective findings, we will determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and develop a detailed plan to address them, modify activity as needed, and support your return to full activity as quickly and safely as possible.
Recovery Session

30-minute recovery sessions focused on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and promoting recovery. Techniques may include dry needling, cupping, joint mobilization, IASTM, and soft tissue work—tailored to your individual needs.
Running and Weight Lifting Assessment

Improve your performance, movement efficiency, and reduce injury risk with a detailed assessment of your running or lifting mechanics. Using OnForm video analysis technology, we’ll evaluate your running gait or lifting technique to identify inefficiencies, compensations, and mobility or stability limitations. This session includes a full movement screen and functional assessment tailored to your sport or activity. Based on the findings, you’ll receive a personalized exercise program designed to optimize movement patterns, enhance performance, and support your long-term training goals.
Rebuild and Perform Programming

Customized rehabilitation and strength programming designed to bridge the gap between rehab and performance. Utilizing the app True Coach, each program includes tailored volume and load prescriptions, along with consistent communication and support from your therapist to ensure steady progress and accountability.
